Q) Can I get Rootd for my company?

Q) How do I manage my subscription?

If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App Store

You can manage your subscription by following the instructions below:

  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  4. Tap Subscriptions
  5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage (Rootd).
  6. Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

If you purchased your subscription via Google Play

You can manage your subscription by following the instructions below:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap Menu (Hamburger icon) next to “Google Play”.
  3. Tap Account and then Subscriptions.
  4. Find the subscription you want to manage (Rootd).
  5. Tap the desired action.

Q) What comes with Full Access?

When you are ready to begin permanently changing your relationship with panic attacks and anxiety, and to continue your journey towards lifelong relief, you can upgrade to unlock Full Access to Rootd. Full Access includes:

Short Term Lessons – Learn changes you can make and exercises you can perform in the short term that provide relief, manage heightened anxiety, and instil a calm mind. Short term lesson topics include Diet, Exercise, and Exposure Exercises, plus with a tool for guided Deep Breathing practice.

Long Term Lessons – The ultimate goal is to permanently change our relationship with anxiety, and live panic attack free. Rootd’s long term lessons guide you through the remainder of the journey to lifelong relief. Long term lesson topics include Learning to Sleep Again, Resistance vs Trust, Self Labelling, and Meditation.

The Breathr – The perfect tool to practice deep breathing daily and find calm during times of stress.

The Visualizr – Guided body scans and visualizations to help you get rooted when feeling anxious.

The Sleepr – Soothing sounds and beats to help you fall asleep, and stay sleeping deeply.

Q) What’s included for free?

Rootd’s core features and content are completely free, and always will be. This includes:

The Rootr – Always there to help anytime you feel overwhelmed by an anxiety or panic attack. The Rootr is a big red button – after pressing it, you are presented with two guided paths to relieving the panic: one for when you’re ready to face the panic attack head-on, and another for when you just want to find comfort as quickly as possible.

Understanding Lessons – Find some peace of mind by learning about where anxiety comes from, how our bodies and minds experience panic attacks, and why this all might be happening to you.

Emergency Contact – For when you need to hear a friendly voice, you can immediately call a friend, family member, or nearby help center directly from the Rootd app.

Personal Stats Page – Take pride in your healing progress and gain appreciation for how far you’ve come with a personal stats page that tracks your number of panic attacks survived, lessons completed, and overall “warrior points”.

1 min Breathr – The perfect tool to practice deep breathing daily and find calm during times of stress.

2 min Visualizr – A guided meditation to help you get rooted when feeling anxious.

The Journal – The journal tool encourages users to identify moods and habits helping to identify subconscious triggers of anxiety and panic attacks.

Q) Will there be more updates in the future?

Yes! We’re always working on (and regularly releasing) exciting new features for Rootd to add even more to the healing process.

We’re also actively listening to (and seeking more) feedback from users for awesome ideas to add to Rootd next.


Q) Will it work on my phone?

Rootd is available on Apple iOS or Android smartphones and tablets. Plus it’s also available on Apple Watch. The app can be downloaded completely free from the Apple iTunes App Store or Google Play Store.
